Please see 3 screenshots of what happens every time the baal fight is over. I get a 9% meter that gets stuck, in this case for 8 minutes, note the times on the screenshots for comparison. Then I took one immediately before I refreshed, and again for the 10th time, all awarded rep, items, coins, credits, are gone. Please see attached.

I can barely see those pictures, but yes, the left half of the screen goes grey after cerberus/baal battles and must be refreshed or it stays in black and white (unless you enter caribbean pirates or cretan labyrinth). But there is a loss during refresh of items rewarded. This has been a daily dilemma since the beta opened. Plz Fix! We are scared to refresh because when we do we lose stuff! I don't want to be "greyed out" after each of the big boss battles.
