A number of us had this happen yesterday also, Fire Realm, Heart of Dragons. We all had a server disconnect during the event apparently and I was afk. (Auto fight... time to go eat breakfast, ya' know?) When I cam e back the event had ended. apparently we had managed to banish Cerebus relatively quickly. No rewards envelope on my screen, so I refreshed. And still nothing. I asked around about it and several people said they had not gotten rewards, while those in the top 10 did. I did submit a ticket, have gotten no response, and when I try to check the ticket it says that request number cannot be found, even though the ticket still shows at the bottom. It s quite frustrating. The credits and such would have really helped me advance yesterday. But then again, I am not one of the "Big Spenders", so I imagine the ticket will be ignored or quashed. X(
