Guild Wars is still not working correctly

Server 6 Might of Helios
Cant see anyone move. Cant see any battle reports. Is this going to be fixed at some point or is this the way it is going to be from here on out?
Really miss seeing people move from one camp to the next and really miss the battle reports so I can see who I killed or who killed me. Very important to the strategy of guild wars.
