Cool YOU need more NETWORK bandwidth NOT more servers.

Pssssst, Tynon. You keep adding more servers and I am sure that is impressive to your investors who will conflate more servers with more customer demand, more user base and ultimately more revenue. WRONG. The problem in this equation is that you are exponentially increasing your administrative costs and not really picking up too many new players but rather old players looking to start a new character "just in case" they want to play in a different world.

You're problem is not CPU its NETWORK. Don't know your network topology but it looks to me like you need to buy more bandwidth to handle all the applet reloading every time a player goes into any kind of combat/melee.

We really need a dedicated technical support staff who will close the loop with us with email etc. You are getting FREE user testing and feedback as well as revenue. For that you should be leveraging the expertise that players have to fix bugs and make the game more usable.

An IDEA for a great improvement. Let us Queue Up blacksmith and talent upgrades with an input queue that takes the next available upgrade queue to start jobs (with all pre-allocated resources/credits/components etc.) so we don't have to baby sit it or be up all night keeping cool downed queue churning.

As best as I can tell this is a client bug. DELETE all your cookies in browser for Tynon.com and it may fix your problem.
