Please help. Bug has me stuck with no way of advancing!

Okay so I was on the quest that requires me to defeat the Molten Golem, and was working on it. I have not beaten him. However this time when clicking the quest to take me to him, it put me in a fire realm that was completely different and took me up to a stairway that does nothing. I think there was a glitch that allowed me to pass the Golem without killing it, or something and now because of that, it has failed to trigger the next event.

Please fix me lol, and while yr at it, tell me where on earth I am because I cant get out of this place. No access to teleporters even tho the map shows them, and all of the stairways are blocked. I think I fell into the Bermuda triangle lol.

Anyhow I have enclosed a screenshot of where the auto move for the quest takes me. It is a stairway, that goes nowhere and there is no Rick the guard to kill.

Go back to arie, refresh and click on the quest again. I did that and it worked for me.

I did same thing, snuck by him. Found I had to go back to advance. Just need to hit portal and go to level before you bypassed the guard. He is supposed to die for you to advance.
