cloud covering

whenever i try to do my quests or level up quests, i get cloud covering. i can't see what i'm doing at all. and when does clear, my character isn't there or its freezes the screen. please help or fix,

As a bypass until they fix it go to the map, select the location that is furthest along the trail and when you get there clock on the quest.

i found the fix, i just tilted my laptop and i could look through the clouds.
or tilt your somputer screen
