Hero card in fair

Do i recruit hero from purchasing hero card in fair? please advise.

Hero card is to Sanctify the hero but u can't recruit them, If you have the hero then you can use the card on that hero.

The only way to 'purchase' a hero, other that the ones that you get with VIP levels, is to use spirits in the Tavern.

You can also get them from lab.

When you purchase the cards in the Lab it's just for Sanctification tho right? You still have to recruit the Heroes from Tavern unless I'm mistaken.

Hmm probably yes, because it says <hero's name>'s card etc, but I'm not 100% sure, I never bought cards from lab.
