contempt for your customers?
I wonder what you think of the people paying your wage?
When you select a 'random' hero from the inn, 99 times out of a 100 the best hero is next to your choice, and you chose the worst of the 5 on offer
in 'Ragnorcrap' today i faught in well under half the 58 fights available but you took all my resources (which cost money) used to boost - my stats, from memory was 18/5 out of 58
'hunt the lady' was a farce, you had to click on her several times to get her to go, but only got paid once - strange you never had a penalty and everyone else did
you keep claiming the servers are 'full' when hardly anyone is playing so either your stats are wrong, large nos of people get feed up with the programming errors, or you are just plain 'exagerating'
A little more respect for your customers, and software engineers to have at least a smidging of an idea about what they are doing should help

oh, sorry, i forgot. whenever there is delay in logging in it seems my browser is at fault - however all other programmes seem to have no trouble at all
and when you reload the program after a crash, it says 'do you really want to go, you have an unused free pay (untrue) another go on the maze (untrue) and sometimes other options as well. this is even more irritating when you tell us there is a synchronisation problem -see comments about software engineers above - and we need to reboot
