Shayd baal/cerbs

I'm just wondering.. (And not complaining at all) is anyone else finding Shayd isn't stunning baal and cerbs as much as a little while ago?

Used to be able to get off 2 skill attacks at least 2-3 rounds, now I only manage 1 skill attack, very rarely none at all (with moral runes on 3 of my heros).

Yesterday there were definitely less stuns, everyone in my guild pointed it out.
