Lab Problem

I am using Chrome and was doing my first Lab. On my first battle it failed to load. I refreshed page and was back in Aeria. No problem, I went to resume Lab and it said 60 stamina, I could not resume. I lost 30 stamina. I waited 1 day and tried again. Same exact thing happened. I need it for my beginner rewards. I did a ccleaner and changed browsers to IE. I bit the bullet and paid the 60 stamina. I am now stuck loading first battle again and afraid to refresh page as I will lose my 60 stamina and lose my 130 gems beginner reward. Maud\'Dib is my in game name on server 33. Windows 7.
