Level 5 City Buff not working

I have seen the post in General Discussion but not here so I'm posting it here to make sure it is seen. HellFire capped Koleton, the Lv5 city yesterday. When you mouse over the city buff, there is no mention of the mysterious +3 guild treasure chest chances -- that nobody can figure out since nobody has ever seen a guild treasure chest. Anyway, my thinking is there should be something mentioned about the Lv5 city in the city buff but as you can see it is not. Can you shed some light on this issue?

There is not any lvl 5 city buff yet implemented into the game as far as i know yet. Same problem was with the lvl 60 to 70 quest maps where we seen some copy paste of the location maps of earlier quest happening so that they could be put up fast. Idk if tynon will be fast enough on keeping up with the members on the leveling and implementing everything into a game that is live but should still be in advanced beta. But for sure it will open up some more servers as we seen happening the last month. I stopped carrying about posting anything anymore in here since there is not any useful customer support to seen from tynon till now. Compensation is a word tynon probablly does not know for all that we miss of the not implemented stuff of a "live" game and those raindrops called Compensation we seen a few times are really only this ... Raindrops. I only hope tynon gets a grip on themselves and start Compensate right and implement the stuff that is needed before it is needed and even fix the bugs that are still floating around cause they have a very nice game on their hands and it would be a shame if it goes to waste.

I have informed the admins regarding this issue, I also face as part of a LVL 5 guild. Hopefully, it will be fixed in a timely manner.

They already know about the issue. The level 5 city buff isn't working because the devs are still working on finishing it.

It is kinda bad that they have not finished it, when the game has gone live and they could track when guild's would be reaching certain guildwar cities. This is bad timing and implementing on their side. But please keep us updated on what is going on so we don't have to keep sitting here in the dark.

if it's the same as the arena chests it will be 2 speakers and a piece of material.
