    You can't, to put it bluntly. You can't fire heroes either.

    If the game wasn't for you, just don't log in again. Or if you are unhappy with your progress and want to start again, start a new account.

    TOS 1.6-c reads:

    "You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself"

    and TOS 1.8-m reads:

    "Create and use multiple accounts in game; YOU MAY ONLY CREATE AND USE ONE TYNON ACCOUNT AT ALL TIMES; FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS TERM MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BAN OR SUSPENSION WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU."

    You can't possible be telling someone to violate the Tynon TOS, could you?

    Not if they're playing on one account, I'm not. That extract refers to players actively playing more than one account at a time, rather than abandoning one account and starting a new one.

    Always worth understanding a ToS before dissecting its contents and using it to accuse others of misdeeds.

    Hmmm... My fiancee and I both play. Sometimes on the same laptop, at the same time. I hope we don't get banned.

    The TOS does not make any distinction between actively playing and abandoning an account. It does, however, specifically prohibit the creation of more than 1 account (I gave 2 instances).

    If you are opening up the TOS to selective interpretation, then I offer the following;

    A person may create multiple accounts so long as they are not using them at the same EXACT time, so logging in to one and playing, then logging out and into the next would be allowable.

    It is a bit more broad than your interpretation, but if the TOS is open to interpretation, then it is not outside the realm of believable extrapolation.

    Likewise it is always worth understanding the legal ramification of trying to make statements about and interpret a legal document when you don't have the background.

    Enmity is correct in their reading of the TOS.

    Or you could call it spam and ignore it. The ToS is set down like that to discourage multi accounting. If I player creates a female avatar and wants a male or vice versa, so creates another character in their preferred gender. I can't see Tynon banning their account over that can you?

    There are also multi users to consider. Some come from families or shared accommodation that may even use the same machine.

    We all agree to the ToS when we created our accounts and therefore we should abide by it. However, there is a difference between breaking the rules for personal gain, shared systems and restarting your game because you're unhappy with your progress.
