Yeah just got a mail back saying that they are going to try to restore runes, fingers are still crossed!

I am still waiting.......... my last 6 sanctify cards.... magic attack on alex, magic attack on cinna, fail cinna card, fail cinna card, skill attack on smoulder, magic attack on cinna.

If I could get my runes back sometime this century that would be great, already lost half a million power and with the fact that you can still sanctify heroes with attributes that they can't even use is starting to raise my irritation levels.

How about instead of mailing me about how a new server is coming out you mail me saying that my runes have been replaced or what my compensation is.

Just an update on my request that was submitted on Sunday. They are now re-asking me what runes I had which were already explained in detail of which the bulk of people i fought on server could verify. I seem to be getting the run-around from customer service. The last mail said they were working on a bug before they could restore my runes, i guess they meant the patch. The patch has been done now I guess we are starting back at square one! #irritated
