I have not had a new spirit piece appear in over two weeks. Each time a purple hero drops it used to move up in numbers. Now it's stuck at 222 and no matter how many purple hero's drop - it never changes. It makes me also wonder that if this is happening what else am I not getting. The drop rate is beyond insane now and with these other things happening it looks like my time on this game is shortly coming to an end.

I have other issues going on as well. For example in arena battles the lag has gotten so bad that I'm dead and lost while my fighters are still standing there. At times the hits are lagging seconds behind the visual. You guys are starting to remind me of when they launched Windows and instead of pulling a flawed product it and fixing it they just kept adding patches forever.

One last thing that is driving many on this game away is the glitches of guild wars. This is wide spread and the monster guilds are growing too powerful for anyone to have a fair playing field. This is creating an unbalance in the Realm and eventually will drive new players and old away from what is otherwise a fun game.

This Guild War mess is just plain sad and yet you keep launching new servers and just act all giddy over the growth. Do you not think we who have been here playing and spending money are going to sit silent? I've truly had enough already and it's way past time for you to be responsible and address these many problems.
