Cretan labyrynth locking

i've wasted over 210 stamina going into cretan labyrynth, i click on the first square, go to load the encounter, and get the error shown on attached screenshot. all my browser addons are up2date. as a paying member i expect better than a glitch like this.

i run win7 professional, and have tried ie, firefox, goggle chrome, and all lock at the same location.

i would like:

1 - my stamina back since it has not been used, and

2 - either a new acct created carrying over all of the information in my current account, or the bug fixed in my acct so i can access and enjoy the game.

it won't allow me to upload picture showing where it locks, but message is battle loading, for hours ....


you might start by checking my name, in some spots shows as f&apos'lar in the chat panel (all area), and in the flash banner across the top of the page

They don't answer. I wasted multiple labs that just constantly disconnect or don't let me in. They don't care.
