Hello Im icudead on server spark of hormustra 37 I believe. Now Im finishing the quest before enter the lab which requires me to be level 34 and Im 33 now. I killed the boss and before it allows me to shuffle and pick a reward or get the boss kill rewards I get a pop up that says failure to sync please refresh, so I did when I come back Im on the lab quest now and got no rewards or a chance to shuffle for bonus reward on last area, this leaves me weaker since I dont have the gold or credits or bonus Id get normally if the game would stop messing up. Can you please fix this problem Ive had it many times but this is the first time I lost everything from it. thank you
