In the last three days, I have been screwed over by the Rune keeper. I hit a vitality rune, and then got a failed to sync, forced to refresh, and rune was gone. This has happened twice on the same rune for me. So i decided to buy one using fragments, and guess what, same error and forced to refresh. When I went back into the rune, the vitality I just used 20 framents on was gone, and so was the fragments. I bought a second one, and it did the same thing. 3 vitality runes, and 40 frags gone due to a failed to sync error. I emailed tech support about it, and they said they will pay me back, but the question is when. I reversed my payments, and dont want to, but want what i earned and payed for too. Once they return what failed on there part back to me, I will cancel the reversals. Just wondering if this is happening to others as well.
