Log in probs June 1st - Just Me?

I was in this morning (6hrs ago) - pirates/labrynth/Heroic Realm (plague boss) all froze game when trying to enter (was able to get back in after refresh.

***NOW (past 4hrs) - can't get in, log in bar freezes about 50% or so- OR I get in for 1 second and game goes black -

I've done all the stuff - install/remove/reinstall (flash) /reboot/clear cache cookies etc. even reinstalled browsers.

This is happening on a pc & macbook, browsers chrome/firefox/safari

If this problem is happening with others - i'll hold off on trying anything new - 'go outside' but if it's just me i'll take suggestions to get back in game.

Me too Jewel. Been a day and a half now. Tried IE/Firefox/Chrome, cleared cache and cookies, updated/reinstalled flash (big mistake, they now install a nearly imposible to get rid of toolbar/home page) . Has happened for short periods in the past as well. Started a new toon and got DC'd (disconnected) and it won't load eather. Oh Well

Thanks for the response! lol - was feeling lonely out here.

Thing is there are LOTS of people obviously in game playing - so any response from them on why they are in and we aren't would be helpful! - can't think of anything i'm not trying to get into the game.

And what is frustrating is I was in for a couple days straight with no problems logging in - so I can't figure out what to do.

sometimes it freezes when i try to open labyrinth,hero tavern,etc etc but after i refresh its grand

but it generally doesn't freeze

p.s this is what beta is all about, ironing out bugs,glitches,problems before the game goes live

yes but the game won't load it gets to 99% then freezes, tried explorer & firefox also if i get in it freezes when i go to battle

Update - NOW I'm getting in for a sec - but screen/game freezes as soon as the city fills up with players - again this is after (yesterday: reinstalling shock/flash, reinstalling chrome/firefox) clearing cache/history - disk cleanup - but still not able to stay/play game - ODD as for a couple days prior to this was playing fine

Any Suggestions from those in the game - what browser/flash/shock config etc they are using?

or Suggestions to try to fix this prob?

Me too. I tried Chrome, Internet explorer, opera and Firefox. Same problems as above listed. This is obviously a problem with the game not browsers, since this is a beta probably just overloaded servers. I am going to keep trying every day and hopefully once they get the game going it will be all good. I like the game so I am willing to be patient for them to get it up and running. It was like this with Civony/evony when it first started. Once they have enough paying customers they will get it out of beta and running well. I already bought gems with real money, but instead of a charge-back I am just going to wait for them to fix it. I did get a prompt response when I made a bug report, but suggestion just didn't work.

Was in for 10 minutes today - in the macbook with safari - got some builds going at least - but when i went to go do anything with an attack screen (realm/labrynth/etc) it froze and and I couldnt get back in - still doing the clear (everything) reseting and then trying again - i'll keep trying once a day i guess

I really like the game and like being part of the beta - but guess it's my OS/or something - can't seem to stay in or play effectively
