Missing Quests - Bow of Athena

I just started on the game about a week ago and I am missing 2 quests. The one to level up to level 50 and the quest to level up Constitution.
My husband started at the same time as me, and has both quests. Ive logged out. Logged back in. I've refreshed MANY times since I started....
I am missing out on these quest rewards and do not see it as fair as to miss out on them.


Character name - Xhia
Server - 7 (Bow of Athena)
Platform - PC


Help would be great, my rewards would be awesome!
This really should be fixed. Instead of opening more servers with the same bugs.
Fix the bugs and then make servers.

leveled constitution to 16... Guess what??
