i just dont see the problem. It is Rng. People in the top10 can still have a better chance but its still Random. It is supposed to be Random.
The Patch did exactly what it was supposed to be. Now people who are not in the top10 have a chance too. People werent at cerb and baal and come at the last second? ok thats something you could argue with but they still have the same chance as you guys.

They is only ever 10 people in cerb and baal, today was the first time ive seen 2nd get it
so 11/13 6-10 2/13 1-5
tell me that's random lol


I don't mind not getting it every time but since the patch I haven't gotten it ONCE
