Arena gem stakes

Hi I'm 1337TopShot, I recently encountered a 1000 gem stake. I beat the player who had them and once my battle was done the stake disappeared. I am truly furious at this incident. I am currently VIP 2 member and I'd like to continue to invest in this game, but this is completely unfair!!! by the time my battle was done my stakes disappeared, I am considering quitting this game because of these re-occurring issues I understand the tynon developers are trying their best to increase the game play, but I refuse to let this incident slide. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

You need to fill out a billing support ticket, I doubt you'll receive the gems back unless you have a screen shot. Best thing to do in that situation is be VIP3+ so your arena rewards auto-collect and you don't have to worry about it

You can put in a Customer Service as Sizz suggested, but your missing gems could the result of a few things.

• The timer expired and you hadn't collected your winnings, so they disppeared
• The original stakeholder beat you once again and took back your looted gems
• A third party attacked to claim some gems and because you were now defending the stakes, beat you and claimed your half instead

It's worth checking out if any of the above scenarios took place.

The last two times i took gems in the arena they disappeared when timer was up, I refreshed and they where in my count.

Yeah - It's a definite bug. I was watching my 100 gems like a hawk, after my fiancee had told me that hers had disappeared the night before. My stake had about 13 minutes left. I checked 49ers.com in another tab for literally 20 seconds, came back, and my stake had automagically changed to coins with the same counter. About 12 minutes and 30 seconds remained.... No one had attacked me. Nothing had changed except the stake.

I don't wanna file a ticket, because you can't lose what you never owned, and I am a free player. I just think they need to spend a few months debugging before the add more servers
