now I have been talking to other gamers and they have never had this problem.... my sister has been having issues since july 2nd was her first ticket sent in. somehow her toon was signed up through beta and she never played beta... her email is set up through server. Now she has been locked out since 1pm today and we have yet to get a response. It keeps telling her when she logs in to create a new person.... she has worked very hard and has paid for the toon she has now. Many people support her and do not want to lose her from the game. we are just looking for help as we do not want to quit this game we have made many friends and some we even consider family. We just need help from Tynon.
