Patch Notes 8/1/13

Some suggestions to appease both ends of the spectrum:

1. Increase the rewards for the top 10 players (multiplying what they get now x2 is a good start)
2. Make it so the player who wins 10m coins does not get any other reward. (forfeits any reward he/she should have gotten previously. No more double wins)
3. Only players who have dealt 1% of the boss damage are eligible to win the Last Hit reward.

For me it seems the strongest players get easaly stronger, the weaker get it even harder trying to catch up a bit.

I don't know if really everyone has a chance for the last hit, also those who jump in the last minute. None of us knows the code behind it, we only can asume that... If so, it could be adjusted like:
- bossfight is open during 5 mins for joining. If you didn't join within this time... bad luck, no chance on 10M or a top 10 for you.
> if you have to refresh just when the fight starts, you might be to late.
> more players, let's say average players, might also get a chance to a top 10 place when the stronger ones missed the fight.
- you have to be participated a certain amount of rounds, 10 for example to make chance on the final hit. Yes you can jump in late and use instant revive 9 times. As non VIP I don't care this would happen. Those players wasted enough gems to be allowed in participation for the 10M.

Since the patch I am stuck in battle progress screen in all fights, arena, revenge, heroic.
Anyone else with this issue?

Arena progression needs to go back to the way it was. This is bull crap ppl move up in lower ranks as fast as they want to you are taking stakes away from players by doing this i just lost a chance at gems because of your new progression and other things to now we don't get to chose how fast we move up tynon does it for us. What next you going to determine what times we are allowed to play during the day oe evening like parents do get real tynon all this did was help u get to keep more of the prizes because ev1 knows most of the lower ppl are non players so they wont claim the prozes there by fewer gems and other big stakes like cards wont be redeemed. If you wanted to vamp the dang arena you should of made it to where we could return the bottom without changing realms and leaving guild but no you wont do that because again more high stakes and low ones for that matter will be claimed. Your improvements for the most part have worsened the game in playability and in desirability. I should be in the 700s at best on one server and the mid 300s on another but you got me in the 200s b4 i knew what you were doing. Play 1 out of 5 ppl come on you even chose who we play and for what stakes in the five ppl. that isn't fair to the players and you damn well know it but don't care as usual just like evony all you care about is the money not the players.

yea and ev1 that want to who were low when this change went into effect should be put back to the bottom so they can progress as they desire not as tynon desires you to and if they don't want the prizes claimed then they shouldn't have put them there or remove non players from arena (abandoned accts).

Well I like them all. I doubt 1 and 2 would ever be reality. However #3 seems extremely reasonable, fair and makes the game balanced - which btw is what customer support told me these improvements were designed to do.
Here is customer supports own words
"We're working continuously to make the game mechanism much more balanced for all players"

So #3 would definitely do this.

Hello,
Arena needs to be unfixed. There is no movement for me.... I'm 11th, and can see 12, 8, 6, 4, 1... i can beat 11th, but the ones i see in front of me are 1mil+ over me, but yet there are 10 & 9 i cant see that are less then me and i have beat them before but cant see them to attack. so I have to just sit there please fix.

OK THIS NEEDS EXPLAINED PLEASE

A guild mate who was 5 in the arena was attacked by 6th place and lost and is now ranked 1115 in arena
That's massive rewards lost for hard work. How is that a more fair and balanced game?
How does someone drop 1110 ranks in arena?

I was attacked this morning in the arena by a player from another realm. Im assuming this is a glitch tied to the fix yesterday.

Also it seems we are no longer moving ranks. People have streaks and hit higher ranks but are stuck below in their original rank. Dramatic patch guys. Hope this will be reversed and fixed soon!
