I agree Skype is a very helpful tool, however some people don't have skype, and refuse to get it. So maybe an ingame mailing system would be quite helpful, it would also be useful sending out guild mails and such.

I only mentioned it to remind other players that there are alternatives to an in game mailing system. Skype is not the only tool available, but its
the one I know the best. (could help some guilds temporarily until they work out a solution for this issue).
An in game mail system would be very helpful.
