Can anyone list all benefits for each level of VIP and min purchase of gems to get there.

VIP 1 is 50 gems.

VIP 1 Advantages

1. Decent investment is unlocked, allowing you to invest 10 gems per day.
2. You can now play Cretan labyrinth 3 times per day
3. You can spend gems to summon an advanced Rune Keeper once per day. (not worth it)
4. The White Horse is unlocked for buying with gems (not worth it).
5. You can access your warehouse from Heroes menu.
6. You can claim all rewards for VIP 1 level

4. You can automatically loot chests that you win in battle and that you have selected to defend.
5. You can use gems to flip an additional card when recruiting heroes.
6. You can claim rewards for VIP 3 level.

4. You can now play the Cretan Labyrinth four times a day.
5. The Leopard is unlocked for gems.
6. You can claim rewards for level 4 VIP.

VIP 5 Advantages

1. The 4th slot in Talents and Blacksmith Queues will be unlocked for gems.

4. You can use gems to summon an advanced rune keeper 20 times a day (not worth it).
5. You will find a shortcut to Fair on your inventory screen.
6. You can spend gems to get scores of 500, 600, or 700 immediately in Cretan Labyrinth.
7. You can claim rewards for VIP 5 level.

4. The Tiger is unlocked for gems.
5. You can claim all VIP 6 rewards.

Why is spending gems for Tavern not worth it? What about situation where you have 3 Gold heroes from 5 and can open 3 cards? Not worth it to get 100% one hero?

That's the only time it's worth it for third.

1) The third draw is 50 gems, not 10 as stated.
2) It's not a shell game, it's a random chance lottery. There is no "right" card. There's a chance you can get a card or not based on its rarity. Purples much much easier than gold. If you have 2 golds and 3 others and you draw 3 times, you have a 95+% chance of drawing the three other cards.
3) If there are 3 cards you specifically want, you'll draw the least rare as third draw, but may well be worth it.

As it looks like cards are cached in place client-side, they probably dismiss it as a "cheat prevention" means. You'll notice that sometimes it'll reveal cards if you refresh, and sometimes it won't. On gut instinct, I'd say they reveal them if you didn't "actually" guess the card and don't if they had to re-hide it.

Item "3. Th 5th slot in Talent queues will be unlocked for gems." is wrong in the VIP6 description in the game. You get this with VIP7 and it costs 800 gems to open each queue so, in my opinion, it is not worth it.

Why is spending gems for Tavern not worth it? What about situation where you have 3 Gold heroes from 5 and can open 3 cards? Not worth it to get 100% one hero?

That is literally the only scenario where it's worth spending gems to flip cards. Unfortunately, that requires VIP5 (a very expensive prospect before we even get into the rest of it all) and the luck to even see three purple/gold heroes at once (a rarity all its own).

VIP 6 is close to 1,000 bucks. 7 is more than twice that.
