Arena Issue

I'm host of Potentia on Hammer of Thor. One of my players is having an issue in the arena, and cant seem to create acct in here. So, i am writing his issue. The acct in question is SergeSoulfire, he was ranked 22, but now it shows he is 736. the arena doesnt show pics of people for him, and he cant attack anyone. He is running firefox and has tried logging out and back in clearing out cache. i'm not sure what else to suggest.

Please help as he is getting pretty frustrated

Now another player, not even in my guild is having this same issue. His name is Corticarte and he is in OathKeepers.

Seeing this thread is not comforting, as there has been no response and I now know that there are several others having the same problem besides myself. This is an issue that needs resolution as soon as possible. Could someone please at least respond to one of the threads concerning this subject so we know that it is being evaluated for repair? The lack of communication is disheartening, to say the least. I'm just glad I'm not a VIP. If I paid real money and had to deal with this crap I'd be seriously p*****.

Have them try using a different browser. this happened to me recently and I think it was just a super slow loading problem. I refreshed a few times, maybe switched browsers. I go back and forth between Chrome and Firefox because one works better for a while, then it starts having issues and the other does better

Yes, they did try a different browser, they tried everything imaginable. but, i highly doubt it is a browser issue since so many people are having this or similar issues with the arena.
But, thank you Dawn for finally responding to this posting.

The problem is this. The person who attacked you moved to another realm, and the game didn't register him in the different realm when he hit you. So it throws you to the back, not sure why. But this problem is happening to a guildie now and I saw it happen.
