When i try to enter the game it tells me "load world failed, please try to refresh"

I have bought the 50 Gem pack twice, and with all the bugs in this game and the Crooks running it,
I WILL NEVER SPEND ANYMORE HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GAME !!!!
