When trying to laod game I get a Load World Fail.

I have tried to load it on Chrome, Chrome Incognito, FireFox and IE with no success. I have tried clearing all Cookies, history on the browsers and still get the same message on the Load screen. it shows the loading bar but then a message in green shows up "Load World Failed, please try to refresh" I refreshed several times and no change. I also know other players are experiencing the same issue.

I do not know how to take a screenshot or I would do that. so this is all the information I can provide thank you.

SAME PROBLEM ON SERVER 17 Heart of Dragons. Goes to 100% load then never boots into client app and message says "Load World Failed, Please try to refresh". Refreshed a few times and did not clear it. You got bugs and configuration problems...
