[BUG REPORT] not able to play because of message pop up

Message ' TYNON has become better. Click ok and experience it !' always appear , clicking ok is refreshing and keeps giving same message. Not able to play for more than 5 hours by now!!
Tried several other browsers, other PC, on same account i can access other servers without issues. So there is something bugged on my account but only for server27.
I did buy alot of gems so I'm expecting to be able to play . Everyone should be able to play in fact VIP and non VIP ....
Right now the message 'TYNON has become better .... ' which i have seen for 100 times by now is kind of frustrating cause for me it has become worse since this message did appear first time
Can any mod please give me feedback and tell me when i'll be able to play again on server 27?
I'm host of a guild that holds cities, so without me the full guild will not be able to defend or to continue GW or leveling up our guild level when sufficient funds. Me personally cant contribute, cant play events, will tomorrow if not fixed not been able to collect arena rewards and so on.... so please can you keep me updated ?
