    Unhappy ?? unlock taken away

    I unlocked my fifth rune spot on Alexa. My 1,000K credits were taken and it was unlocked. I was playing around with what runes to put on her when I had to refresh. When I came back on, it is showing sixth rune locked. My credits are still gone. Can this be fixed please.
