I've been watching my Heaven Tavern refreshes and I have seen quite a few paid refreshes where i will get a gold or purple hero but not get the spirit for getting them. Is this a known bug/glitch or is it something new. And is there any way to track this to see if I might be in error where i would need to do a refresh in order to see the missing spirit. Any help would be appreciated in this thank you in advance
