Been having this same problem myself on server 17 Heart of Dragons. Many refreshes with purple and/or gold heroes and no spirits added to count. Happened consistently for a few days, then sporadically for a few days, now seems to be working as it should again. I did submit a report ot billing support and got the usual run around auto response. Which sucks, because for the days i got no spirits, I spent about 10-12 mil creds refreshing and getting alot of purples and golds. Who all jumped cards on me and still have not been recruited. I should have had enough spirits to claim a card by now, but am holding at 386 spirits. And I have been on server 17 since day one. Very frustrating. Good luck.
