Players complain about Tynon and then call for people not to spend money. After which they promptly log in to their accounts and carry on before.

Tynon have exact data at their disposal which gives them a a clear idea how active a server is. What may look dead to you is only based on what you see and let's be honest none of us really have a clue how many players are logged in at anytime.

Regarding Customer Support, they have helped plenty of players out and I know this because those very players have said so. If you haven't gotten a response from your first ticket, then make another out. The same goes for reporting players go through Billing Support.

Since this is going to turn into another bashing thread I'm closing it. Please take my advice on board.
