disconnected from server

Only certain players can connect =.= how cute. I was the first player on dawn of eos and it wont let me play.

It seems to be an issue with certain accounts. I can't log in; my husband can. I used his computer, didn't work. I tried logging with his account on my computer; worked fine. So my account's broken, his isn't.

On another note.
Server 2 - Blaze of Fire Dragon. seems to be working fine now for everyone.
Server 21 - Dawn of Eos. is still not working, however, as I keep getting disconnected.

Ok, im sure this happens to alot of other people but for some reason i get disconnected from the server at least once every half hour. Lately i get disconnected as soon as i log on and i cant even play the game, i try to refresh but i just keep getting disconnected every time. Please fix!
