Again ripped off by software not running right. Tired of paying for stuff that does not work. Today it's lab, no extra bosses. Is that glitch going to be there tomorrow? Am I going to waster another ten gems to get nothing? Game is nothing but a gambling scam.
How many server disconnects a day are acceptable? Guild wars yesterday, broken. Baal/ Cerebus how many gems lost of level ups/boosts to have game crash and lose everything. Tired of this ****, worst game ever(functionality wise) and please give me my money back. You people have the right idea but your greed is getting in the way of customer satisfaction.
VIP just gives you the privilege to spend more gems which are ridiculously priced btw.
That chat banner from world chat is annoying and useless and delays the game when you can't read other stuff you are doing.
Your beta was too short, you fixed things after the fact and do nothing to comp players that get ripped off. Great graphic design lousy execution and tech support.
