Missing Gems

OK I got 10 gems this morning before I left from the last chest in assistant. I get back about an hour ago and no gems how do gems disappear when you aren't even playing the game. Even when I leave it on to train while I am gone for a few hours there is nobody here to play my game so it isn't that. Can I have my gems back please. I ignore the little stuff best I can but when you start taking peoples power away for changing hero's to see which is betters and then put them back on and there is a lower power level than originally it is upsetting but when you start taking away a persons gems that is down right intolerable.

I won 100 this morning I have been gone today and got back tonight and when I got back to game I had left it running to train. I had 30 coins and then got 50 for 1st week daily rewards claimed and then won 100 off the arena that 180 gems well when i got back I had 88. I didn't use them since I wasnt here and I would like the missing 92 back. All I can figure is I had more than 30 to start and for some reason the 100 I got in arena vanished. I just want my gems back. thank you

Same thing here, every time I win 10,100 or 1000 gems in the arena, either I only get half or no gems at all! I sit and wait for the timer to countdown to 0:00 so I can claim them and they vanish right in front of me at lease 50% of the damn time. It is frustrating as hell, as I patiently wait and watch. Just today, a loot of 10 gems and a loot of 100 gems vanished. What the hell do I have to do to get them when I win the arena battles, as sitting and waiting sure as hell doesn't seem to be doing it. Any help would be great.

i had 100 gems in arena with 2mins on the clock all of a sudden they vanish and i was not hit ....sort it or i will not be playing for one in the future

problem is that you arent the one defending the gems when you claim someone elses stakes, they are. all they have to do is drop out their heros, and

tell a guildie to hit them. then gems stay within the guild. hope this helps explain this phenomenon, happens to me all the time. I dont get hit but the

gems disappear but the player i took them from got hit by someone else right before the time expires.
