Won spirit plans in lab- or did I?

Well I did the lab today and on the second box shuffled and drew the hope spirit plans. However, I did not receive them.

Tynon is stating that the 2nd and even 3rd boss in the lab does not give hope plans. I am not blind considering it was on the card, hit the middle when I turned it over, and was lit up around the card. Can someone confirm they have seen the hope plans on the cards in the lab so I can show tynon this. I am not making this up and I know what I saw. They are acting like I am crazy.

The spirit plans are in the 4th bonus boss shuffle.

The spirit plans show up in the cards of the 3rd extra boss, that means you scored 700 or higher. I have seen them there multiple times and never drew the plans. But know someone who has.

So it was another bug then. Who woulda thunk.

I got spirit plans on level 1 easy when i was over 700. On level 1 normal I've scored over 700 twice and they have not been in the shuffle either time, level 1/2 diamonds were in shuffle. Pretty worthless.

I have gotten the 5* vase reward 3 times, and it never actually gives you the vase's when you pick the vase card.

I did get 1 Champions Spirit plan from 2 Star Boss at Normal Labyrinth level 1 about 5min ago *Wings of Hermes* but cant see anything in my bag, 2x reload and still nothing, well **** this corrupt company cheating on customers and implenting more and more bugs with each update to get rid of the ppl they milked out.
