That's the point I'm trying to make. Shock, you clearly run an awesome guild and it shows by the activity.

Likewise on server 4, we average out at around 45 and guild chat runs pretty much 24/7. Yes it's one of the first servers, however we have players who have accounts on different servers, they still play there.

As for one it two top guilds, this has been true since beta.

The top 10 in baal and cerb is almost always the same guild. That one guild dominates all and everyone wants to get into it. The rest of the guilds die off. This is not fun.

    Look

Server 1 has 5 top guilds
and maybe 3-5 more that are becoming competitive.

The problem with competition in the servers is 2 fold
    1. it costs 150 gems to change realms. -
    2. more and more new servers

reduce the cost of to change realms to say 50 gems and servers 1-10 will have new life in GWF. Because then the biggest of the smaller players could move to the same realm and challenge one of the top guilds.

slow done server growth and possible merge some of these newer servers and everyone benefits. The merged servers get new life and pepole may spend more money.

Lemme just interject a bit on that point, Morgan. I have a powerful player on 29, called Muadib. I am constantly attacked, molested and raped by Shock's "awesome" guild, to the point where it very difficult for me to move up, due to lack of funds. Half of my guild has fled to other servers to be rid of his "awesome" guild.

In short, Tynon's problems start with balance, and end with user account management.

You might recommend to them that they scrub servers of accounts that haven't logged in for x number of days, weeks, or whatever.

And though I know it's a PVP game, you might also recommend to them that the style of gameplay fosters poor sportsmanship and crushes any competition. If a character was a business, that would be called Antitrust, and people hate that SO much that we kick bullies in the corporate crotch over this all of the time.

Monopolies of power cause players to flee. Lazy account management on behalf of Tynon leaves slots full that aren't. Email Administrators deal with this problem, too - when someone leaves a company, you have to remove their address after a while or your server will get full.

Rehash: Bullies make players leave. Players who left should be removed from the server after a fair amount of time. Thanks.

For me it's strange to see the prntscrn of Chloe that shows only 6 players in BF, 5 from her own guild. That means that many own members do not join BF or not active enough to participate. There can be many reasons why people are not online.
    - they left the game
    - on vacation and part of them may not return afterwards
    - at work (for these players both BF are really bad scheduled!)
    - at school (yes, in some countries school already started again or maybe is still going on)

Tynon crew keeps repeating themself servers are full and so there need to be opened new ones. As players we say to many inactive accounts on the server, so not full with active players. We see what we see, crew says they have numbers.

What if there comes a new feature (I know... many bugs... need to be fixed first... Just trying to find a solution for all of us!). When an account is inactive for let's say 5 days, it becomes a zombie and get moved into a basement. Actives can go to that basement and fight those zombies. For every kill you get a small reward in coins, credits, exp, rep... whatever. Rewards are for all the same (strong players gets the same as the weak), it's just a little extra for the active ones. It may not cost anything, so no stamina, to fight there. And the profit may not be higher that what you can get during BF either, just to prevent none plays BF.
The players that became a zombie, don't loose coins or credits while they get beaten in the basement. As mentioned above there can be many reasons why they are absent, but they might come back. If they would have lost everything, all motivation might gone. When a player log in again after certain period, they come back alive, get removed from the basement and can continue their game.

Now, at the amount of zombies we can see as players how many inactives the server counts.

Another reason why players are loosing interest is already mentioned by Toth. It's probably fun to be the strongest and beat all the competition. But in some cases the stronger players / guilds are killing their own game. By recruiting all the best players in 1 guild, there's no challenge left for anyone.

I saw a few times the proposal to merge servers. That's the problem of the whole game: when you start a week after the rest, it's already hard, almost impossible to catch up with the top. How about those that comes into a server that's 3-4 weeks older than the one they initially joined?

We all can whine here at the forum, but as long as we do not offer a good proposal, nothing will change.

Morgan, unless you have an account in any of the servers affected by this, you have no room to speak. Server 33 has 4 active guilds between 3 realms, and the guild I'm in has about 12-16 players on daily. Leaf realm has over 1200 players in the arena and I'm pretty sure that most of the top 50 are inactive Until you see the damage done, you can't be telling anyone that it's a communication problem...I think the whole server merging is a great idea and would keep everything and everyone going.

50-100 active players per realm is about average.

Regarding the communication thing. If you're not actively recruiting and encouraging players to take part in events, they get bored and don't bother playing. By your own admission there's 800 players on the arena and while this game is not to everyone's taste it makes me wonder whether guilds are putting the effort in.

On average is 50 players, i said of those 50 most are inactive..I can't say that of those that went inactive moved to a new server that opened yesterday or the day before or the one the day before that, and most of the accounts that are active of those players are ppl from another guild in this server trying to get in the guild...is it also average to have one active guild per realm except fire realm which has two active guilds? We have been "actively recruiting" but who are we trying to recruit??? ghosts??? no one is there, i see talking here is pointless so I'm done with this. Have a nice dayy..

Is everyone forgetting that many of the players who started playing in the last 3 months are KIDS home from school for the summer? (here in the US at least)

And that summertime in the US is when most people get and take vacations?

So a good number of newer players will either go dead in the next 2 or 3 weeks, or joined the game just because they had nothing better to do with spare time. Tynon is opening servers like mad to try to get new people to join and spend money while they are off of school or work. It actually makes good business sense. Granted the glitches and bugs are driving people away, but Tynon already has their money in their pockets. And the idea that a TON of people are getting their money back through paypal for buying into a game is almost absurd beyond absurd. PayPal does not give up cash that easily or quickly. You spend foolishly, and try to whine to them for your cash back, most likely they will laugh at you and tell you too bad. I use paypal for my business on Etsy and Ebay. And have dealt with requests to give cash back often. The only charge back I have ever lost was due to my bad. I shipped the wrong item to a customer. So I settled by shipping the correct item and they got to keep the first item too. No cash ever got taken back.

The dynamic of this VERY young game will change over the next few weeks to a month as kids go back to school, and adults go back to work. Always was that way on Evony Age one, always will be that way here too.

    *shrugs*

It's a business. Their goal is profit for them, fun for you and others is secondary.
