I don't get why people assume that because Dawn said Hit runes work on mages that it does anything different. Mage attacks can be dodged ya know. And it even has a different result message *Dodged* when it happens, unlike the Miss from just flat out missing. I am completely unconvinced that hit affects Miss. Its still useful to remove dodge from the table though. I however, do feel like her hit/stun chances are dynamic in WB. They seem to change depending on how hard you hit each round, as some kind of fail safe to not just utterly destroy WBs. I tend to hit more often and stun more often unboosted, or after I lose some people to hits so my overall damage decreases.

But I won't say its a fact. Feels that way though.
