Wow thats some pretty crappy odds for it to happen 3x and block you in. Gotta pay attention and if you're in a situation where you could possibly be blocked in then either use the change event feature or skip the event. in that case, after seeing the 3rd destiny I would have tried change event. I always try to save y skip for the last block before boss in case its a destiny.
