Gems not being given in arena, twice today

First I took someone else's gem stakes so I should have been given 5. Logged out after I took the gem stakes, logged back in later and I still have the same amount of gems.
Then I got a 10 gem stake for myself, logged out, logged back in later and I still have the same amount of gems as before. Please fix. edit: I am over VIP 3

if you log out you can't get anything from the arena you need to be logged in to accept them

Not sure if you did or did not claim the stakes? You did not mention that in your post..

True, you must be online to claim gems and other stakes, unless you have VIP 3 or higher with auto=collect. But I have had gems not awarded from the arena and lab after clicking to claim them and getting a serve disconnect or failure to sync with server error and being forced to refresh. Clicked to claim, graphics showed gems "floating" to inventory, but when forced to refresh, gems are gone from inventory and areana/lab.Just another glitch in the ever growing list of glitches not yet addressed by UCool. *shrugs* It's a game. Not gonna fret over lost gems that I paid no RW cash for. Now if they were gems I spent real money on... different story.

It's just a game. Not the end of the world. Take a deep breath, go outside and get some fresh air, and move on.

since when. I'm pretty sure I read that arena stakes are automatically collected when I upgraded to VIP3 a month ago. Was this changed?

there "Logged out after I took the gem stakes" and there "I got a 10 gem stake for myself, logged out" when you are logged out the game can't do autocollect you need to be online to do that thats why you didnt get your gem stakes, if you put on gem stakes or take gems don't log out till after you get it
