Revenge - Why do you lose your chance at revenge when... (not about the bug)

In my honest opinion it is kinda idiotic that when you want to revenge someone and that person is either already in battle or wearing a shield you loose your chance to revenge them.
Obviously you can´t revenge them at that time but you should be able to do so whenever they come out of battle or when their shield is gone.
It is unfair that you have to wait another 24 hours to try and revenge them again, while you did not even have the chance to do so!!
It´s rubbish and if you ask me this should be changed.

Actually the button just goes grey if you refresh it comes back to red and your able to revenge them happens to me sometimes so I do that.

Lol! What gets on my nerves more is beating the crap outta that person in the arena and having near half health at the end of the battle, then going to revenge that person, and losing big time with same forms and powers. *shrugs* Randomness makes the game more interesting, I suppose.

Yeah.. but when you can´t even revenge.. *sigh*
No fun if you have to wait another 24 long long hours to revenge someone who might be already busy again..

I hear ya Luda. Had it happen to me too. As if the game doesn't get boring enough when you start to really level up and get powerful. Cooldowns take forever, quests take forever, and waiting 24 hours for a revenge you know you can win but the game prevents you from taking...
I played Evony Age 1 from server 1 thru 161 and quit because of stuff like this and all the cheaters. Seems like Tynon is going the same route, only MUCH faster. My first server here may well be my last. Likely much to the relief of the people whose butts I kick on a regular basis. XD

As Dragonian said, it is only grayed out until you refresh. Chances are with this game, you will refresh for some reason within 30 minutes, and voila, revenge is back.

Well.. i'm still pretty new to the game and kinda liking it so far. But these little things get annoying. Take away the fun. Not that it's the end of the world but it does annoy the heck out of me because it doesn't make sense. You did not even attempt a revenge so you should still be able to. Period.


've played evo for a long time too, mostly on one server tho, i loved it. Still miss it. i wouldve still been there if so many people hadn't left tho. That was the main reason for me to stop.
(that and the fact that it almost was a serious addiction, hehe)


Bubba.. it's really not coming back for me. Or at least not today.
Will try again next time it happens.
