king,... you mist the point i was making! half of the Heros you can get,... There special att are not that good!...and so are not worth that trouble of obtaining them!,.... also i would not save that amount of Lab Tokens to get a hero card! i would have used them to get other Spirit Scrolls!.....also you point of view is flawed,... if i wanted another hero card that badly,.... i would use gems in the fair to buy one,... as it would be less costly in the end!

Currently there is no more ways for newcomers to get strong without real cash, since you cannot anymore farm infinite ammount of players per day - now you can get only 10. Also, arena progression speed was improved, so taking 5 gems not anymore worth it, since you will drop down way too fast and will end up close to strong players which will farm all your arena rewards non-stop. Also, now newcomers cannot get good equipment from Cerber/Baal, since you will get useless "-20" lvl patterns, which are just garbage at that point (for example i am 60 lvl, i need 60 lvl patterns and i am getting 40 lvl ones, so farming them is no point at all). If i were some 30-40 lvl player today - i would just leave game, since all the changes which was made to game in a last month, just pulled weak players to be even more weaker.

Gems in the fair is one of the worst ways to pick up a hero, and definitely one of the most expensive, especially for gold heroes that run about 800 gems.

800 gems can over time get you 60 million credits from the fair (Assuming average 750k credits per fair purchase). At level 60, that 60 million credits gets you approximately 1,000 spins in the Tavern. That will pretty much assure you of getting at least one hero you want, or even if you're terribly unlucky, you should wind up with somewhere around 1500-2000 spirits at the end of that spending spree, which will get you pretty much any Hero in the Tavern (Bloodstorm is the most expensive at 1800).

Even for a cheaper card like Cianna (Seen them around 250 gems), it doesn't make sense. 250 gems gets you 18.75 million credits or 312.5 spins in the Tavern. This should get you anywhere from 500-625 spirits and will probably land you a hero before then anyway. Either way, you get the Hero you're after.

Given all of that, gems in the fair is the WORST way to buy heroes, hands down. Your money is better spent on credits.

I need you to spin my tavern then

I have had 30 straight refreshes with no legendary hero show up. And that IS COMMON FOR ME. Sometimes ill get 10 heroes in 30 refreshes, then its back to 30 refreshes with no legendary heroes in a row.

The new changes are completely changing the way you have to play the game its becoming like evony now. And I stopped playing evony due to things that are now happening in Tynon - which are only happening because of the changes. Its very sad to see this. Since I decided to play Tynon for the very fact there wasn't the need to play it like many play evony. However that has changed

I make three spins at a time. If I don't get a purple/gold hero, I close the tavern and move my hero and wait a few seconds. Then I try again. If still no luck, I chalk it up to bad timing/bad random seed and try again later. I have fairly good success with this method and generally get one to show up every 3-4 spins.

Just remember this game is very streaky, so if your luck is good, ride it out until it's gone. If it's bad, stop trying for a while (at least 5 minutes) and then if you feel lucky, try again. Don't just spend your credits/coins when you're not getting any results. Also look for when others are getting lucky. I've found I get lucky when others have success too.

I think the luck has gotten slightly worse (This would make sense because my overall spirit income has gone WAY up after the patch), but I've found the more heroes you have that *can* show up (the higher your title is), the more you see in the Tavern. Just be patient and you'll find yourself with numerous spirits in no time (I've gained around 65% more total spirits after the patch than the total spirits I had before the patch).

I know several people who are having a similar experience to you Klepto. But I am having the exact opposite experience. I have all heroes unlocked, and i see fewer heroes in tavern then ever before, and am getting less spirits per day now then before the patch, while spending more credits in the tavern. Either I need to complain more about this for it to change or complain less. Oh yeah Squeaky Wheel.....

I've had lots of trouble with getting yellow runes in the Tavern lately, and when I do it's runes I already have plenty of (Yay, another Infalability....not). Some of us just have better luck than others. I have yet to receive a single Bane or Vitality rune, but that doesn't stop me from trying. Perseverance conquers all.
