Cretan Labyrinth Error

Hi! I have this error in Cretan Labyrinth everytime I attack a monster "Engaging Battle" appears but nothing happens.
I tried waiting for 20 mins but nothing happens if anyone knows a fix please do post.

Then go back in and resume

and perhaps file a ticket with billing support so they know about glitch... may not fix it, but at least they'll know about it
