This server is not dead, far from it. The problem lies in that you are limited to 3 levels to hit for red. So the way it all works is not consistent. In other words, you grow because you can't help it. levels come. Who you can hit in Pirates is anyone, who you can hit in the wild is +/- 3 levels, power is not relevant. Who is on your rev list can come from several sources, but if you get hit and win, you can't rev back. My rev list is 3, none of which i can beat, so its like giving them my goodies but can't complete the task in assistant.
