log in puts me back at level one

the game keeps putting me back at level one when i attempt to log in...has this happened to anyone else and if so, were you able to fix it and how?

Are you logging in to the same server that you originally created your character in?

In that situation, I have signed-in on the wrong server. e.g., I signed in on Dawn of Eos, and not Rains of Chak. (Tynon did a "server merger", and sometimes I sign in on the wrong one.)

This explains it all then, I was already afraid that it's a kind of bug which doesn't save your progress. It would be sad to start everything from the level 1, when you invested so much time in developing your character. I use to play this game when I am not at home, because at home I play Minecraft most of the time, on my own server, using minecraft server hosting. The best advantage is that you can do whatever you want on your server, create different events, challenges, which makes the game more exciting to play.
