The 100% buff from all the cities is all good but I wouldn't mind risking it for more competition. At this point, all we are doing is the dailys, click train and be done with it, excitement in the game is fading.

I agree with Sizzil on this one. We own all the cities in Fire Realm on Blaze of Fire Dragon. It would be great to have some serious competition. Even though our server doesn't have the active player problem that the newer servers have, our NPC cities were never merged like they were on beta and server 11 on up. A pity because we only have one guild in our realm that is remotely able to challenge us. I think Tynon needs to get rid of the penalty for changing realms. You pay enough penalty by giving up your contributions for leaving a guild. Why make it even more harsh to change realms? Maybe if it didn't cost so many gems for realm changes there might be a bit more movement as players try out different realms and wreak more havoc. heh
At one point in our guild we were discussing the idea of a tournament between all the guilds on the server since our NPC cities weren't merged. Like maybe have four cities open to all realms on the server and have the top 16 guilds ranked and seeded March Madness style. Let them duke it out with each other and winner gets the best city for a week. Runner up gets the second best city, 3rd and 4th get the other two. Maybe have the tournament start on Friday and finish on Sunday. You keep the cities for 4 days, lose them on Friday and do it all over again.

The first ten servers have too many realms ... Four like beta started with would be better. This would prevent the servers from being diluted so much. The new servers feel small with only three realms.
Note that Bards losing a few cities really brought a lot of excitement to Forest Realm. Then one of the opposing guilds moved and another collapsed.
