Instead of creating new servers, might want to start doing account wipes like they did in Evony (I lost a good account there I had spent money on because I took a break and came back to nothing)... anyway, instead of opening new servers, clear space on some of the old ones and send new peeps randomly to these rather than brand new ones. Yeah sure, they will have to contend with the huge players still lurking but there needs to bee new blood added to all servers in a steady trickle to keep things going.
