Lol! My longest fail streak so far has been 8 fails for 4 to 5 stars. But percentages are honest IMHO. The percentage is not based on number of tries, but percentage for each try. So if you have a 45% success rate, it applies to each try. 55% chance of fail and 45% chance of success. Each and every time. Not a cumulative percentage rate over all attempts for that star. I chuckle each time I see much lower level and power players with 7 or 8 stars on every hero and look at my 3, 4 and 5 star heroes at lvl 59. It's always just a roll of the dice.
