unable to level up

ive been trying everything to level up checking assistant for activities all she has is log in. ive tried using portal to go do a dungeon cannt click on anything. tried to use auto level from my quest but i can start it doesnt show anything to fight and start button greyed out. i just came back i had over 2 mil credits and over 5 mil coins and 160 stamina and cant do anything with any of it. i cant even send mail even that is greyed out.

Refresh did not change anything?
Did you log off and clean temp internet cache and Flash cache?
Try logging off and running cleaner program like CCleaner.

And submit a ticket to billing support.
